Benefits of Danczercise
Danczers of all ages take to the floor to learn a Latin American line dancing sequence. This sequence is taught in stages so everybody is comfortable. To ensure that danzers enjoy the class we use music that we all know and love just to inspire us further.
- You don’t need a partner
- Great way to keep in shape whilst enjoying yourself
- The dance style is rotated every week so it doesn’t matter if you have to miss a week
- There is no need to book so you can just turn up and pay on the door
- You can practice at home as we use music from the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and now
What should I wear?
This is a dance class so most people tend to wear the following
- A small heeled court shoe
- Black trousers, cropped trousers or jeans
- Layers on top as it gets warm very quickly
