Danczers of all ages take to the floor to learn a Latin American line dancing sequence.
This sequence is taught in stages so everybody is comfortable. To ensure that danzers
enjoy the class we use music that we all know and love just to inspire us further.
Dances rotate each week through Cha Cha, Salsa, Jive and Samba.
Benefits of Danczercise
You don't need a partner to attend the classes.
You are still learning the basic step patterns from the Latin American dances.
You can just turn up and pay on the door We do the average number of 'steps' required
for your daily amount in one class!!
